KOICHI LEATHER（以下「開発者」といいます）は、Androidアプリ「Copy Pocket - コピーぽけっと」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、利用者がコピーした文章やURLなどを端末内に保存し、あとから再コピー、編集、削除などを行うためのアプリです。
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、保存した内容を開発者が運営する外部サーバーやクラウドへ送信・保存することを目的としていません。
2. 保存される情報
本アプリでは、利用者の操作により以下の情報が端末内に保存される場合があります。
- コピーした文章
- URL
- 他のアプリから共有された文章
- 利用者が本アプリ内で保存した内容
- アプリの設定情報
これらの情報は、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
開発者がこれらの保存内容を取得、閲覧、収集することはありません。
3. 個人情報の収集について
本アプリでは、利用にあたり氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人情報の登録を求めません。
また、開発者が本アプリを通じて、利用者が保存した文章やURLなどを自動的に収集することはありません。
4. 外部サーバー・クラウドへの保存
本アプリは、保存したコピー履歴を開発者の外部サーバーやクラウドへ自動送信する機能を使用していません。
保存した情報は、利用者自身が削除するまで、原則として利用者の端末内で管理されます。
5. 広告について
本アプリには広告を表示するための広告SDKを導入していません。
そのため、広告配信を目的とした利用者情報の収集や追跡は行いません。
6. 応援金機能について
本アプリでは、利用者が任意で開発者を支援できる「応援金」機能を提供する場合があります。
応援金の決済にはGoogle Playの決済システム（Google Play Billing）を利用します。
決済処理に必要な情報はGoogleによって処理される場合があります。開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。
Googleによる情報の取り扱いについては、GoogleのプライバシーポリシーおよびGoogle Playの規約をご確認ください。
7. 第三者への情報提供
開発者は、本アプリを通じて取得した個人情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。
ただし、法令に基づき開示が必要となる場合を除きます。
8. 利用者によるデータ管理
本アプリに保存されたコピー履歴などは、利用者自身の操作により削除できます。
本アプリをアンインストールした場合、端末内に保存されていた本アプリのデータは、Androidの仕様に従って削除される場合があります。
必要な情報については、アンインストール前に利用者自身で適切に管理してください。
9. セキュリティ
開発者は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、必要以上の情報を取得しない設計を心がけています。
ただし、端末の紛失、第三者による不正操作、OSや他のアプリに起因する問題など、本アプリの管理範囲外で発生した損害については、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
10. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
11. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加、法令の変更、Google Playのポリシー変更などに応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合があります。
重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ、公式サイト、Google Playストアページなど適切な方法で案内します。

Privacy Policy for Copy Pocket

KOICHI LEATHER (“Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Android application “Copy Pocket” (“App”).
1. About the App
The App allows users to save copied text, URLs, and similar content on their device for later copying, editing, or deletion.
The App does not require account registration and is not designed to automatically upload or store saved content on servers or cloud services operated by the Developer.
2. Information Stored by the App
The following information may be stored locally on the user’s device based on the user’s actions:
- Copied text
- URLs
- Text shared from other applications
- Content saved by the user in the App
- App settings
This information is generally stored locally on the user’s device.
The Developer does not access, view, or collect the contents saved by users.
3. Collection of Personal Information
The App does not require users to register personal information such as their name, address, telephone number, or email address in order to use the App.
The Developer does not automatically collect text, URLs, or other content saved by users through the App.
4. External Servers and Cloud Storage
The App does not use a feature that automatically sends saved clipboard history to external servers or cloud services operated by the Developer.
Saved information is generally managed on the user’s device until the user deletes it.
5. Advertising
The App does not include advertising SDKs for displaying advertisements.
Therefore, the Developer does not collect or track user information for advertising purposes through the App.
6. Support Payments
The App may provide an optional support payment feature that allows users to financially support the Developer.
Payments are processed using Google Play Billing.
Information required for payment processing may be handled by Google. The Developer does not directly obtain or store payment information such as credit card numbers.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not sell or provide personal information obtained through the App to third parties.
This does not apply where disclosure is required by applicable laws or legal processes.
8. User Control of Data
Clipboard history and other information stored in the App can be deleted by the user.
When the App is uninstalled, locally stored App data may be deleted in accordance with Android system behavior.
Users are responsible for appropriately managing any information they wish to retain before uninstalling the App.
9. Security
The Developer respects user privacy and aims to design the App so that it does not collect more information than necessary.
However, complete security cannot be guaranteed for events outside the Developer’s control, including device loss, unauthorized access by third parties, operating system issues, or problems caused by other applications.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to changes in the App’s features, applicable laws, or Google Play policies.
If significant changes are made, users may be informed through the App, the official website, the Google Play store listing, or other appropriate means.
