開発者 KOICHI LEATHER（以下「開発者」といいます）は、「Simple Event Register - かんたんレジ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 基本方針
本アプリは、マルシェ、フリーマーケット、ハンドメイド販売などの小規模なイベント販売を簡単に管理するためのアプリです。
利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、必要以上の個人情報を収集しないことを基本方針としています。
2. 本アプリで取り扱う情報
本アプリでは、利用者が入力した商品情報、商品画像、価格、税率、売上履歴、支払い方法の分類、領収書情報、店舗情報、連絡先、店舗住所などの情報を取り扱う場合があります。
これらの情報は、本アプリの機能を提供するために利用されます。
3. データの保存
商品情報、売上履歴、設定情報など、本アプリで作成・保存されるデータは、原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。
開発者がこれらの販売データを独自のサーバーへ収集・保存することを目的とした機能は設けていません。
利用者がCSV出力、領収書共有、QR領収書などの機能を利用した場合、利用者自身の操作により情報が端末外へ出力または共有される場合があります。
4. 支払い方法に関する情報
本アプリでは、現金、カード、QR決済などを「支払い方法」として記録できますが、本アプリ自体が決済処理、送金、カード決済等を行うものではありません。
本アプリはクレジットカード番号、銀行口座番号等の決済認証情報を収集することを目的としていません。
5. 開発を応援する機能
本アプリでは、利用者が任意で開発を支援できる「開発を応援する」機能を提供する場合があります。
この購入処理にはGoogle Playの課金システムを使用します。購入に必要な決済情報はGoogle Play側で処理され、開発者が利用者のクレジットカード番号等を直接取得するものではありません。

6. 広告について
本アプリは、アプリ内広告を表示することを目的とした広告SDKを使用していません。
7. 第三者への提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリを通じて開発者が取得した個人情報を、本人の同意なく第三者へ販売または提供しません。
ただし、利用者自身がAndroidの共有機能等を使用して情報を他のアプリやサービスへ送信した場合、その情報には送信先サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
8. データの削除
利用者は、本アプリに用意された削除機能を利用して、商品や売上履歴などを削除できます。
また、本アプリをアンインストールすることにより、端末内に保存された本アプリのデータが削除される場合があります。ただし、CSVファイルや共有先など、本アプリ外へ保存・送信されたデータについては、それぞれの保存先で管理する必要があります。
9. セキュリティ
開発者は、本アプリで取り扱う情報について、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん等のリスクを低減するよう、合理的な安全対策に努めます。
10. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、小規模販売やイベント販売などを行う利用者を主な対象としています。
開発者は、本アプリを通じて子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。
11. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、アプリの機能変更、法令・Google Playのポリシー変更その他必要に応じて改定する場合があります。
重要な変更がある場合は、公式サイト等を通じて適切な方法でお知らせします。

KOICHI LEATHER (“Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Simple Event Register application (“App”).
1. Basic Policy
The App is designed to help users easily manage small-scale sales at markets, flea markets, craft fairs, handmade events, and similar occasions.
The Developer respects user privacy and follows the principle of not collecting personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the App's functionality.
2. Information Handled by the App
The App may handle information entered by users, including product information, product images, prices, tax rates, sales history, payment method classifications, receipt information, store information, contact details, and store addresses.
This information is used to provide the App's features.
3. Data Storage
Data created or stored in the App, including product information, sales history, and settings, is generally stored locally on the user's device.
The App is not designed to collect and store users' sales data on servers independently operated by the Developer.
When users use features such as CSV export, receipt sharing, or QR receipts, information may be exported from the device or shared with other applications or services at the user's direction.
4. Payment Method Information
The App allows users to record payment methods such as cash, card, and QR payment as classifications. However, the App itself does not process payments, transfer money, or perform card transactions.
The App is not designed to collect payment authentication information such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
5. Support the Developer Feature
The App may provide an optional feature that allows users to financially support continued development.
Purchases made through this feature are processed using the Google Play billing system. Payment information required for the transaction is handled by Google Play, and the Developer does not directly obtain users' credit card numbers or similar payment credentials.

6. Advertising
The App does not use advertising SDKs for the purpose of displaying in-app advertisements.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by law, the Developer does not sell or provide personal information obtained by the Developer through the App to third parties without the user's consent.
If users choose to share information with another application or service using Android sharing features or similar functions, the privacy policy of the destination service will apply to that information.
8. Data Deletion
Users can delete products, sales history, and other applicable information using the deletion features provided in the App.
Uninstalling the App may delete data stored locally by the App. However, data exported or shared outside the App, such as CSV files or information sent to other services, must be managed separately at its destination.
9. Security
The Developer takes reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or other improper handling of information processed by the App.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is primarily intended for users engaged in small-scale or event-based sales.
The Developer does not design the App for the purpose of intentionally collecting children's personal information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary due to changes in App functionality, applicable laws, Google Play policies, or other circumstances.
Material changes will be communicated through the official website or other appropriate means.

KOICHI LEATHER（以下简称“开发者”）就 Simple Event Register（以下简称“本应用”）中用户信息的处理制定本隐私政策。
1. 基本方针
本应用旨在帮助用户轻松管理市集、跳蚤市场、手工艺品活动及其他小型活动中的销售业务。
开发者尊重用户隐私，并以不收集超出提供本应用功能所必需的个人信息为基本原则。
2. 本应用处理的信息
本应用可能会处理用户输入的商品信息、商品图片、价格、税率、销售记录、支付方式分类、收据信息、店铺信息、联系方式和店铺地址等信息。
这些信息用于提供本应用的相关功能。
3. 数据存储
商品信息、销售记录、设置信息等通过本应用创建或保存的数据，原则上存储在用户的设备本地。
本应用不以将用户的销售数据收集并保存到开发者独立运营的服务器为目的。
当用户使用CSV导出、收据分享、二维码收据等功能时，相关信息可能根据用户的操作从设备导出，或分享至其他应用或服务。
4. 支付方式相关信息
本应用可以将现金、银行卡、二维码支付等作为“支付方式”进行分类记录，但本应用本身不提供支付处理、汇款或银行卡交易服务。
本应用并非以收集信用卡号码、银行账户号码等支付认证信息为目的。
5. 支持开发功能
本应用可能提供由用户自愿支持应用持续开发的功能。
相关购买通过Google Play的结算系统处理。交易所需的支付信息由Google Play处理，开发者不会直接获取用户的信用卡号码等支付凭证。

6. 广告
本应用不使用以展示应用内广告为目的的广告SDK。
7. 向第三方提供信息
除法律法规要求的情况外，未经用户同意，开发者不会向第三方出售或提供开发者通过本应用获取的个人信息。
如果用户通过Android分享功能等主动将信息发送至其他应用或服务，则该信息将适用相应接收方服务的隐私政策。
8. 数据删除
用户可以使用本应用提供的删除功能删除商品、销售记录及其他适用的数据。
卸载本应用后，本应用保存在设备本地的数据可能会被删除。但是，CSV文件以及已经分享或发送至本应用之外的数据，需要由用户在相应的保存位置或服务中另行管理。
9. 安全措施
开发者将采取合理的安全措施，努力降低本应用所处理信息遭受未经授权访问、泄露、篡改或其他不当处理的风险。
10. 儿童隐私
本应用主要面向从事小型销售及活动销售的用户。
开发者并非以通过本应用故意收集儿童个人信息为目的。
11. 隐私政策的变更
因本应用功能、相关法律法规、Google Play政策或其他情况发生变化时，本隐私政策可能会进行更新。
如有重大变更，将通过官方网站或其他适当方式进行通知。
